With 25 years’ experience in commercial and operational roles within the contract electronics manufacturing sector, Simon specialises in helping OEMs and CEMs stabilise and optimise complex supply chains. Having spent his career working in AS9100, IATF 16949, and FSC/List-x facilities, Simon has a strong understanding of high-reliability and highly regulated industries including automotive, aerospace, and oil & gas.

Throughout his career, Simon has operated at the critical interface between customers and suppliers, leading through periods of disruption, resolving performance challenges, and strengthening strategic relationships. His experience spans organisations from SMEs to global enterprises, providing a broad perspective on both operational delivery and commercial alignment.

Known for a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach, Simon works closely with clients to diagnose root causes, implement effective solutions, and deliver measurable improvements.
